My board came but it's missing some parts. What should I do?

I'm having trouble mounting my board! What should I do?

My board was damaged in shipment. What should I do?
 

If your purchase was made through Amazon.com, return the item and check the reason "Damaged in transit" on the return page. Amazon.com will issue you a refund for the returned item. If you would like a replacement board, simply purchase another one from Amazon.com.

If your order was not purchased through Amazon.com, contact us at service@audio-visual-direct.com and we will arrange to send you a replacement unit.

Do I mount my frosted glass board with the smooth side or the frosted side facing the wall?

The writing surface should be the smooth side, so mount the board with the frosted side facing the wall, and the smooth side facing you.

What can I use to clean my glass board?

Normal dry-erase markers should not leave any stains or ghosts on the boards – so usually no special cleaning is needed. A damp cloth and any commercial glass cleaner will also work to clean the board.

What kind of dry-erase markers work with the Black Glass Boards?

We recommend Expo Neon Bullet Tip Dry Erase Markers for dry-erase use and Expo Bright Sticks for wet-erase use.

It’s very important that any markers you purchase state they are suitable for black surfaces, as some markers designed for white surfaces will not show up on black surfaces.

Why won’t my refrigerator magnets work on my Magnetic Glass Board?

Regular magnets and smaller sized neodymium magnets may lack the strength to work properly with our magnetic glass boards. We recommend Neodymium Magnets with minimum size of 3/4" 
diameter x 1/16" thickness.
